About Flux Mvmt
Flux translates to constant flow, a state of change, the action that is a result of movement
Flux is a group fitness gym like no other on the Sunny Coast. Our unique take on what group fitness is and how it's performed are truly one of a kind.
At Flux, you won't hear us talk about body fat percentage, weight loss or anything vanity based - although these are an added bonus.
If all you're training for is vanity, it's very hard to be satisfied and a lot of people end up feeling unaccomplished and this leads to lapses in commitment and routine.
OUR GOAL IS TO SHIFT YOUR MINDSET ON "WHY YOU TRAIN"
-
To be able to move freely without pain and increase range/mobility.
-
To run around and play with your kids/grandkids.
-
To keep you injury free for the upcoming sporting season.
-
To build genuine connection with your gym mates.
-
To turn your language around from "I have to train" to "I get to train".
All of these, to us, are so much more important than just looking good.
All of this combined creates purpose and a vibe like no other.
