Do I need a certain level of fitness to join?
No, absolutely not. The way our sessions are structured means no-one gets left behind.I can have a 20 year old and 70 year old in the same session. Or a person just beginning their fitness journey and an elite sportsman. Everyone leaves the gym feeling the same way (buzzing from an awesome workout as a team)
Do I need a certain level of flexibility?
We are striving for progression, not perfection. Whatever level you're at currently, we can work with and improve.

Each of our sessions are run as a team and everyone encourages each other to keep progressing, keep pushing and keep mentally engaged throughout the workout.
